Joe Newman is a veteran journalist and media strategist who has spent the past seven years working for public interest organizations in Washington, D.C. Before moving to D.C., he worked as a reporter and editor at Orlando Sentinel, The Palm Beach Post and St. Petersburg Times. He's the founding president of the Florida AAJA Chapter and a former AAJA National Board member.
